- Broadband Connection - dial-up connection is too slow for our videos
- A printer for printing worksheets and other materials. If you do not have a printer, you can save the documents, and open them when needed.
- Headphones or speakers to listen to your teachers. You can listen directly from your computer, but the sound might not be very good.
- Can I study if I do not have a printer?

- That is OK. Save the worksheets and open them when needed. However, it is better to print them to keep for reference, and to study for the tests.

- When do I get my certificate?

- After you complete the 10 Lessons and Review Lesson in a Unit of Study, and then pass the Unit Test, you will receive a certificate through email.
- Why did I not receive my certificate?

- After you pass the test, and have reviewed your results, you MUST click on the Finish button.
- Please email us and we will resend your certificate. Check your junk/spam mailbox for your email!
- Can I add my photo to the certificate?

- Sorry, we cannot attach a photo or any other item to your certificate.

- How do I take a screenshot (picture) of problem in a Lesson?

- If we ask you to show us your problem on the computer, this is how to take a screenshot (picture):
- Go to the page that you want to show us.
- Press the print screen button (next to F12) or fn + print screen (prt sc)
- Go to Outlook, Paint or another imaging program, and paste (ctrl + v) the image.
- You can edit out the parts of the picture you don't want
- If you are using Paint or another imaging program, save the picture as an image, and email it to us.
